Will I receive an invoice or just the contract?

When you win a package, you will first receive a sales contract from your account manager. After you sign and return the contract, our logistics team will send you a proforma invoice. Once payment is received, you will receive collection information. The original invoice will be sent by our logistics team once the goods are issued.

How soon after payment can I collect my order?

Collection information will be sent to you within two days of payment. Goods are available for collection within 7 days of being released.

Do you provide shipping services?

We do not currently offer delivery, and all orders must be collected.

Do you offer payment terms?

No, we do not offer payment terms. Payment is required in full before collection.

Do devices come with a warranty?

As standard, CHG does not offer a warranty on the purchase of equipment outside the standard 14 day test period. This may vary on location, however, so reach out to your relevant contact person to learn more.

Are accessories (power supplies, cables) included?

All devices include essential accessories, such as chargers, unless otherwise stated.

Is data securely erased from all devices?

Yes, all devices undergo secure, automated data erasure at our processing facilities across the globe. Our process is ISO-certified and ensures a high level of data security and process reliability.
