To meet different security and logistical requirements, we can offer both on-site and off-site physical shredding services. If desired, shredding trucks equipped with industrial-grade shredders can be dispatched to the customer’s premises, ensuring that sensitive assets never leave the organization’s secure environment. Alternatively, assets can be transported to secure CHG-MERIDIAN facilities for shredding and disposal, following strict chain-of-custody and auditing processes. 

We will ensure that the data destruction process meets all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR in the UK/EU and any industry-specific requirements. Detailed reporting and certificates of destruction are provided, giving legal proof that proper data sanitization has been carried out and complete transparency in tesma.
